No resolutions, Set goals , make plans. 1. Spend more time building relationship with God. 2. Keep an encouraged, positive, grateful,& joyful mindset. 3. Be an encouragement to others. 4. Be the best me I can be. Spiritually, Physically, & Mentally.

Never give up on yourself. You are well able to accomplish the goal set before you.

I don't really do resolutions - but set plans or goals
- - - Scripture word for the year is PEACE - I keep picture journal of sightings of the word in other pictures or poems, circle it in my scripture reading time and pray for practicing it in life - Last year was JOY and I grew in faith and in JOY!!! In personal devotions I am reading through the new testament again this year with the Serenity New Testament and devotions for the 12 steps - as a couple we continue the reading o the bible chronologically.
- - - Diet /nutrition is gluten free, Low Carb, heart healthy and anti-inflammatory calorie counting - need to lose weight!
- - - Exercise is circuit of machines here at home and stairs - striving to maintain mobility, balance and ranges of motion for activities of daily living with peripheral neuropathy and arthritis and fibro.
- - - Working hard at decreasing clutter in home and living a more simple life in our retirement years of 69 years and 74 years.

1. Attend Women's Bible Study Group 1x/week
2. Exercise at least 15 minutes a day.
3. Organize/Clean something at least 15 minutes a day.

My resolution is to exercise every day. To make sure to read my bible every day and to be closer to God! emoticon

I am also going to make sure that my husband knows how special he is to me! emoticon

What resolutions did you make this year?

I made a resolution to give myself an hour a day unplugged, to read, listen to music, to just relax, talk with my wife, pray with my wife. For food, I am going to start measuring my food again as my weight loss has been non-existent lately. Trying to stay as active as I can with exercising as my knees will allow!
