I've just seen that there's an app available for Friends with the Scale which includes both the written content and a weight-tracking tool. Might interest those of you with smartphones?

Some people find the Dot Calendar's very helpful to monitor how well you're doing. You could use the calendar for many different things - I was thinking you could use it to note down weight as well.
