Lots of my fav. foods on today's list. Saving the glute work for tomorrow as I spent a huge chunk of today doing squats and lifts - emptying and re-packing cupboards and closets for the plumber to repair water system.

whole grain bread, daily, dates almost daily, broccoli for dinner and I do eat lots of spinach and greens mustard, collard and the like, I went to aerobics class today, our instructor was out, so we had a yoga instructor that mainly had us do stretches, as if we get on the floor, it would be pretty hard to get us all up emoticon

Almonds and bananas are a couple of my go to snacks. I also eat a lot of sauteed spinach through out the week. I'll get some good squats in today, and some lunges.

Magnesium helps maintain normal muscle and nerve function, regulate blood sugar levels, and keep bones strong.

How can you eat your magnesium: Whole-grain breads and cereals, legumes, spinach, broccoli, dates, raisins, bananas, almonds, cashews, peanuts, walnuts, and pecans.

BONUS CHALLENGE: Lets work the tush. Strong glute muscles can help improve posture and make sitting down, standing, picking up heavy objects and climbing stairs easie.

Try one or all of the moves in the Spark 5 Minutes a Day to a Better Butt:

www.sparkpeople.com/resource/fitness
_a
rticles.asp?id=1755

If that is too challenging, try stepping up on to a stair with one foot, extend the opposite leg behind you, focusing on squeezing the glute. Switch sides.
