Strong core muscles can improve your posture (making you look thinner), help prevent injuries and reduce back pain. Your challenge is to do four exercises for your core. Make sure at least one of those is for your back (e.g. Superman) to balance out what you do for the abs. Don't like to make up your own workouts? Any of the Spark abdominal videos would meet these requirements; or if you have some 10-15 minute DVD, that would be fine too.
