We were hit hard with this snOMG storm in Chicago - Thundersnow and all!!! I not only shoveled snow for 30 minutes, I also did LEVEL TWO of Jillian Michaels Shred it w/Weights today... I'ma sore girl! :)

After sitting and working on stuff that I could accomplish at home, I just had to get up and move around, so I recruited my roommate to challenge me in Just Dance 2 on the Wii. I love that game!

Had to go to San Francisco with dh today very early, so made sure we stopped on the way home at Bodega Bay and hiked for half an hour. The views were spectacular and and I didn't get out of breath on the uphills!! Yeah me!!

Not so much a "burn" for me except for the post-exercise discomfort. I have had a 30" walk so far and will take another after work in balmy and cool northern California.

It's going to be about 50-60* out today so I'll go for a jog. Ahhh California.

Happy Tuesday to you!

Who here has nasty weather outside their window right now? Yup, me too. However, we can still get a good workout, even when the weather isn't cooperating.

Our challenge today is OPEN EXERCISE. I want EVERY TEAM MEMBER TO WORK OUT TODAY. It doesn't matter if you do strength training, cardio, or a combination of both. THE CHALLENGE IS TO EITHER BUILD MUSCLE OR BURN CALORIES.

Here in Austin, TX, we've got temperatures in the high 20's, icy rain, and all around yucky weather. I plan on popping in a kickboxing video for my workout today. What will YOU be doing for exercise today? Check back in and share your accomplishment.
