OMG!!! i did it!!! I DID IT!!!! - i'm new.. - when i saw the challenge this morning, thought i won't be able to do 30 MINUTES consecutive.. - i may do like 3x 10 min.. : BUT I JUST DID IT!!!! 33 minutes!!!! Steps!!! And i NEVER thought steps could make me sweat: YAY!!! they CAN!!!!! Shan: THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH FOR YOUR GROUP!!!!!! Many things can seem dounting: but you can do pretty much ANYTHING for 1 day :) YAY!!! (i'm thinking about the bucket list also (yesterday's challenge even if i wasn't really a member yet: i find it really inspiring ('even' if we 'can't put marrying Burt Reynolds :)))) Cheers! :)

I did my 6th workout on my 6 Week Challenge for Wii More Active Workouts and then did thirty minutes of step aerobics. So I burned 561 calories already today. It felt great to get the heart pumping and the sweat flowing.

Happy Monday to you!

Your challenge today is to DO 30 MINUTES OF CONTINUOUS CARDIO. Sure, you could go for a leisurely walk, but I really want you to BURN SOME CALORIES through this exercise. Work your body hard for 30 minutes.

I plan on doing Turbo Jam or Gold's Gym Dance for 30 minutes. What will YOU do for 30 minutes?
