15 mins of cardio on the eliptical was all I could handle. After thirty mins of strength training and not having worked out in over a week, my body was not ready. Still sore from 45 min workout last night.

Your challenge today is to DO 30 OR MORE MINUTES OF CONTINUOUS CARDIO EXERCISE. This is a great time to:

*Take a class at the gym
*Pop in an exercise DVD (I just got my new Wii Gold's Gym Dance in the mail today. Woohoo!)
*Take the dog for a walk
*Kick a ball around with the kiddos
*Lift weights or use resistance equipment
