I got up this morning before everyone else and got a 45 minute workout in. I did day 18 workout in the Wii Active Challenge and Gold's Gym Cardio Workout. So I have accomplished that goal for the day!

New to this team. Nice to meet everyone. Feel free to add me for some support, I am looking for someone to keep me motivated with my exercise and goals.

Did 45 mins on my recumbant bike and 12 on my elliptical trainer. According to Spark it was 497 cals burned,but the machine showed about 150. I am not sure which is right. Either way all those minutes is the most I have had this week!

christmas was not as happy as i would like it be . the family had one bad arugment over dinner . ruined it for me . these fights are not pretty and make me upset to say the least . will burn 250 ..today .
