um well not the greatest yesterday, maybe buy v8 smoothie to get it all at once

I'm vegan so this one is super simple for me. I already have lemon, Acai, cranberry & strawberries. My veggie soup for lunch has onion, carrot, lentil & mushrooms. AM snack is an applesauce smoothie with rice protein. PM snack is broccoli with Toby's Tofu Patte. Havn't sorted out dinner yet....

For breakfast I have sliced strawberries with blueberries and raspberries to go on my Weetabix cereal and fat free yogurt. Then for lunch I have a tossed salad with a half dozen cherry tomatoes, some leftover sliced pork for protein, and an apple for dessert. I have an apricot and an avocado (I will have about half) for snacks with a Ryvita crispbread.
