I am new to this team so I don't have anything to compare to yet. But it has been a few years since I measured. Was not thrilled at the numbers, really it was sickening and scary. I know it will be better next month!!!

Maybe a stupid question...where do you take the "chest" measurement. I've always just done my bust, and I'm guessing you mean either above or below that...which is it?

June1 down 20 pounds: reward New sandels Done 05/13/2010
New goal for June 1 down 25 pounds: done...reward new pedometer

July 1 Down 30 pounds: reward trip to New Braunfels!!!Woo hoo met June 10th, trip on the 24th and 25th of June!!!!

Aug. 1 Down 40 Pounds : reward new outfit or 2??

On the 15th of each month, our challenge is always to measure ourselves. Keeping track of your measurements can be very motivational. This is especially true when the number on the scale isn't going down, but the measuring tape is.

Get out your measuring tape (or print out a free one online) and measure the areas listed below. Make sure to keep these numbers handy to compare for next month.

Areas to measure:

*Chest
*Bust
*Waist
*Hips

Optional areas to measure:

*Neck
*Upper arms
*Upper thighs
*Wrists
*Ankles
