Whenever I can, I try to do this anyways....my goal is to aim for max possible points on 5 of 7 days....will just make sure that this is one of the 5!! I have found that the more active I am, and the more I focus on reading as much as I can to learn more - things "flow" better with changing my lifestyle. Nice challenge!
