So far today, I am at 32, and I haven't eaten dinner yet! For lunch I had a Mission Plus Carb Balance Whole Wheat Tortilla, high in cals (200), but decent in fat, and a whooping 21 grams of dietary fiber!

I did it! Tracker says 26 grams (goal is 25-35) but I ate crackers that have fiber but are wrongly listed in the tracker so I'm actually a bit higher.

DONE! had 28grams....
ate: strawberries, spinach, salsa, whole grain banana muffin(yum!), brown rice, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, brussel sprouts, whole grain pasta.... all for fiber :-)

I recently finished my massive meal planning project and have found since I made sure to include fruit and nuts ad breakfast AND fruit and/or vegetables at every meal, I'm having a MUCH easier time meeting my fiber requirement.

I've been tracking fibre for some time, but unless I eat a high fiber cereal (Fibre 1, for example) or have a high fibre bar for a snack, I'm stretching hard to get to 25! I'm working on this by having at least one vegetable and one fruit at every meal.

For those wondering how to add fiber to your Nutrition Tracker...

1) go to My Nutrition
2) click the button at the top just to the right of "Nutrition" that says "Change Nutrition Goals"
3) scroll down and click "Add Another Nutrient To Track"
4) choose "Fiber" from the drop-down menu
5) hit Save

It's just that easy!
