I found time today to relax. I worked out outside, walking, swimming and playing volleyball. During my down time I laid in the sun and listened to some music. It was a pleasant and relaxing day!

Up at 4:30 am for work, did the job of 3 people due to under-scheduling (gee, thanks boss!), visted a friend to try to help them out of a bind, stopped at store, home and right into studying, talk to physical therapist with Mom, back to studying, dinner, now here to hold myself accountable to my SP goals, then will check in to college site and finish the chapter I need to read in Medical Terminology course...then will spend a bit just relaxing if I don't fall asleep first. LOL

You're right...it is a real CHALLENGE to relax today!! emoticon emoticon

Nope not gonna happen. It is the anniversary of my dad's death so I will be in my garden working like a dog (like I use to do with him at my side). It has become my tradition for the day sorry wont break it. I'll relax tomorrow!

I'm sitting at my desk at work .. and thinking .. yeah relax... i don't think it's possible for me considering how stressing my job is...i already woke up at 5 am did 30 minutes of high impact cardie workout (billy blank tae bo bootcamp video emoticon ).. and then walked part of my way to work .. about 15 minutes...because it's too hot to walk all the way.. emoticon
i think i'll try once i get home.. even though i'm scheduled to do strength exercises (lifting weights and resistance emoticon ) today

it's a nice challange though.. thanx emoticon
