Winter is coming to the Northland but we still have some days left to ride but except for the hard core (Minneapolis has about 300 who commute on bikes year around) we need to adjust our training. The use of indoor spin stands, using a spinning class and for the super wealthy the purchace of a Peleton are options but for other some form of cross traing will take the place of our long outdoos rides.

I am currently using a resistand isometric program and jumping rope on days I can not ride.What are your go tos for the winter?
