Not sure about my body fat but my weight is around 123 pounds. Which i suppose is ok for my hight - 5 ft 1. I do lots of running and some weight training ( Body Revolution at least twice a week). I was just hoping to decrease size of my thighs.

Not sure what you mean in terms of results, the DVD is part of my rotation and I'm making progress everyday. You can't really spot train so unless you're already at a healthy weight and have very little body fat so that any increase in muscle mass/tone is going to be evident, your results will not necessarily be in your buns or thighs.

Hi,

Just wanted to check if anyone had any results with this DVD? I have been doing it for a couple weeks now and so far i can not see any changes yet.
