Hi Muna,

I cannot tell you how many calories are burned. I log her videos as circuit training as she has stated them as such unless it is all strength training or kickboxing. Once you enter circuit training, log your minutes and spark does the rest regarding how many calories burned.

I love this workout too, this morning I did both levels. Can anyone tell me how many calories are lost doing this workout?

This workout is my favorite out of all the ones I own by her. Some of her smart remarks can be irritating, but after hearing them for so long, they no longer annoy me as much.

I like the fact that this video works the entire body. Parts 1 and 2 are my favorite. Part 3 is okay. Someone does 1 and 2 on one day and 2 and 3 on the other so I might try that routine as it sounds like the perfect challenge.

Sometimes I do part 1 then use Ripped in 30 or Shred for the strength training.

I do recommend it if you are after cardio with only a tiny bit of strength. It is great on the legs going from front kicks to side kicks with squats. But also squats with boxing for upper body. My one disappointment, is unlike her other workouts, she doesn't have a beginner, intermediate and advanced level. Only beginner and intermediate, and I felt myself wanting the next level by day 3.

The first 2 days I really felt the burn and there was a lot of sweat. It may have been contributed to the hot days as well, but it was a satisfying finish.

I have been working out for a few years now and I did 6 months of 30 Day Shred and just completed Ripped in 30. It was good to do something with a little less hardcore strength and more cardio.

I love Jillian Michaels workout programs. I've tried some others and while the workouts weren't bad, the trainers attitude and small remarks weren't quite right. Jillians remarks make me smile and laugh even though it hurts to do so sometimes.

I love it. I do this workout when I have little time because one workout is only 20 minutes but it kicks my butt.

I purchased it a few weeks ago. I did the entire DVD one Saturday. It kicked my butt. During the week, I mix it with my other short workouts. Now that I don't have to teach every day, I plan to use it a lot this summer along with my other DVDs and BodyPump at the gym. Doing it tomorrow.

I have done this one in the past as cardio on my running days off. Only used it now and then, but this week starting to use it consistently for cross training. I like the idea of 1&2 then 2&3 on alternated days. Thanks for the info!

yes, I love this workout. It's a great cardio with only a little bit of strength for me. So many of the others I have, have lots more strength moves in them.
I too like to do all 3 back to back. Today I only made it through 1 and part of 2 with the humidity today is just so horrible.

Started this one on Friday, it wass awesome. On Saturday I decided to go crazy and do the whole DVD, ouch! Today I toned it down to levels 1 and 2 and will do 2 and 3 tomorrow and give my upper body a break. Have you guys started or done this DVD? Thoughts?
