Hi everyone! Great job with Ripped in 30!! I created a check in post for RI30 in the challenges section and made it a sticky topic.

I saw the Body Rev check-in getting lot of posts, so I figured I would set one up there for you all too.

Just completed the first day of week 3. Holy Crowly!!!! I will be on week 3 for at least 2 weeks. It will take me some time to be able to execute all those moves the way I should. I am not discouraged! Consistency is the key, and yes Jillian, I am uncomfortable!!! Looking for some work out buddies! :)

Just started week 3of Ripped in 30. Love it! I have issues with the high impact, due to a permanent injury from a car wreck. Modify, modify, modify, but only the things I CAN'T do.considering picking up the Revolution set. What are your opinions?

Completed day 2, week one today. I'm going to make myself finish! I want to see results. I want to get into a swim suit without wanting to hurl myself off a cliff. emoticon

I finished day 1 yesterday and I'm so sore!! I've it multiple times before so I knew what to expect. I think I made it 2 maybe 3 days before. I'm determined to do the whole 30 days this time! I'm loosely following her meal plan by picking and choosing what I like and then adding in some of my favorite recipes. I'm not looking forward to my workout today at all because I'm so sore but I know that it will make me feel much better after emoticon d

I have done RI30 through the 30 days and I am on my 3rd week of just alternating between week 3 and 4. I did do it in the 30 day time period from 5 to 6 times a week. My favorite week is week 3. It definitely shows in strength and in loss of inches so keep it up and you will see results. I didn't follow her meal plan but my own spark maintenance eating plan so although I did not see a drop in weight I did see a drop of an inch on every measurement! I measured at the end of week 1 then again at the end of week 4. For twenty minutes it is a great workout.

If you're tired of starting over, stop giving up.

Ripped in 30 is a great workout! I never finished it because it was a little too repetitive for me. But I remember being sooooo sore!

How are the workouts going for you?. Please keep us updated!

Good job in starting Ripped In 30!

Although I don't follow the meal plan or even use the DVD every day (I prefer to mix it up and rotate it with other workouts during my weekly routine), I applaud you in deciding to start this.

It's tough, will get you sweating and cursing, but it's great fun and when you complete each level I've no doubt you will feel an immense sense of achievement!

Good luck - and get stuck in!
