I need to check this out! I havent done a Jillian Michaels workout in a long time! Maybe on my days that I dont push myself hard enough to go out to the gym I will do this workout instead! I actually miss doing her workouts ... lol

I completed level 1 5 days in a row and take yesterday and today as my rest days tomorrow is the start of level 2 we'll see how that goes

Modified level 2 and was unable to do some of it but I think level 1 is different and level 2 is not much harder than level 1. I will alternate between the two. I do love this workout.

New goals:
Eat Positively
Exercise daily (that one is already achieved)
Experiment with 3-5 meals a day
Avoid binge for at least 3 weeks.

I really like this DVD. I actually found level 1 harder then level 2. The pushups killed me. The DVD consists of 2 45minute workouts. Loved it though.

Did level 1 and I had to modify. I never do her level ones...so either I am just really tired today or the sequence is what makes the difference. I love it and plan to incorporate it with the other workouts I do. I also want to start splitting my exercise so 45 minutes in the morning and one of her body revolutions weight workouts on alternate evenings is what i think I'm aiming at.

I found the DVD in Barnes and nobles on offer for $10 so I grabbed it.

Yea there are alot of new moves in both levels we've never done in her other dvds. I'm looking forward to doing it once I complete body rev.
