I think it really depends on your preference. I want to up the intensity with my workouts and have been looking at the options. I have looked at p90x, Insanity, TapOut and a couple others. I have looked at some of the "trailers" as well as on youtube to see what people said, esp if they gave a short demo of what was done.

As for Body revolution vs TapOut, it depends on what you want your focus to be. If you want more MMA style, go TapOut. If you really love Jillian and her style, stay with Jillian. I know I have tried some Tabata workouts which the routine itself was great, the trainer was boring and I wasn't motivated to push myself all that much. Jillians remarks may not seem like much, but they motivate me to kick my own ass.

OH Wow, I have been wondering about the TapOutXT program. Just still hard to pay the price yet.

Glad to read about someone who has ordered it and trying it. I too love kickboxing type workouts. maybe add to my christmas list.

Just curious. For someone who now has 10 lbs to lose, and is a huge jillian fan and also love's bob's killer workouts. And since the Tapout and Body rev. are the same price which would you suggest being better for the money??? I would only be able to buy 1 of them.
I also do kettlebells so I can do more intense workouts. I borrowed P90X from my brother and was so bored with it, I only made it through 7 weeks.

THANKS
Beckie

Oh wow, you must be in excellent shape if you're wishing for something harder from Jillian! LOL
I don't have her BR system (yet!) but have to admit her other workouts make me a heap of a sweaty mess, so I don't think I need any harder workouts yet! emoticon

If you are like me and have completed the entire Body Revolution series, you might be wondering where to go next. I love Jillian and I hope she comes out with an even harder system, but until then I have started Tapout XT. It is more extreme that P90X or Insanity, and it is based in martial arts, which I love. So if you are looking to "kick it up a notch", check out this program!
