Thanks, I will look for these others. I just don't think the 6 grams of protein is much protein if that is why you are drinking it. I am not into trying to bulk my muscles, just replenish them. I appreciate your input. emoticon
101 calorie is not bad at all. When I double the one I have it only gives me 12 grams of protein and 100 calories. That one is double the protein, and not to bad expensive compared to the amount it has in it.

I personally like the Whey Protein Isolate by Muscle Gauge Nutrition. Their flavors aren't bad at all, and are actually very tolerable. And I usually drink it with water. It has more calories than Jillian's (101 calories) with 24g of protein. So far, I've tried the Cake Batter flavor but I've also heard that their other flavors are pretty yummy.

Hope this helps!

I personally like Jay Robb's whey protein, it's expensive but it's high in protein, has stevia and tastes delicious!
I have tried Jillian's but just have the vanilla and add a little to my plain greek yogurt to flavor it. I'm not buying it again when it's done. Sorry Jillian! I agree it's not high in protein.

I use the Jillian Michael's Whey Protein and I personally think it's disgusting with just milk or water- don't know how you do it! I mix it up with some milk and frozen banana after my workout to make a smoothie. The calories with one scoop of the powder, the milk and banana is usually around 300. It's a bit more than most people like, but when you exercise like an athlete, you can't eat like a dieter! Hope that helps!

Since I have been increasing my exercise and have been trying to do these dvd's with some strength training I have thought I should start on a regimen of some Protein shakes. I found "The Biggest Loser" Protein Powder and have tried it. NOt bad with skim milk, but horrible with water! Does anyone else use these? Can you tell a difference or that it helps you? MOst of the powders are so high in calories. this only has 50 but it does not have as much protein, so I doubled the serving. What is your thoughts?
