I bought yoga melt down late last week and have so far done two workouts on level 1. The first time I had a hard time balancing and also found it difficult to watch and keep proper form. I would recomend for anyone just starting out to watch it a time or two and learn the moves before trying it! My shoulders were very sore after the first time I did it but I noticed a huge improvement during and after the second workout. I feel much better after doing this. It isn't "hardcore" but it is a great body control workout! I can't wait to see how I feel as I keep doing it!

I think Level 1 is great. I do it every morning after my circuit training and it leaves me dripping in sweat while still getting a nice stretch. Those push-ups are no joke! I planned to "move up" to Level 2 earlier this week, but I didn't like it as much.

In Level 2, the normal moves aren't as challenging and the other moves are way too advanced. I've been doing yoga for a while, but I'm not going to attempt a headstand without someone around to spot me and make sure I don't break my neck. Plus, the rhythm doesn't feel as smooth - it seems more piecemeal. I switched back to Level 1 for my workout days. I might try Level 2 on my off days with my hubby spotting for me.

I tried this for the first time last night. Wow! I had no idea I am so stiff! This dvd was difficult for me at this time. Leave it to JM to make yoga hard! LOL!

See now I didn't think it was pretty easy... the moves were not complicated but it was hard for me. Especially those blasted push ups because my triceps are SO weak lol! I love it, yes it is a very new different twist on yoga and it ROCKS. ;)

I did the On Demand segment of it. It's a new twist on Yoga.

I did the first level On Demand on my cable. I really enjoyed it, and plan on doing it again on Friday.
