Forgot to say that B (Bashera) is my favorite model from the DVDs. She is so strong and flexible. I like Natalie as well.

MCSWIGAN4 I know what you mean about the Shred...I absolutely adore it. If you want more of that same type of workout (and Jillian has a few right now) you might want to give her ex-partner (Jackie Warner) workout a try called Power Circuit. The setup is a little different, but you will get results with that one too. I love that one too. It cane be mixed in with the Shred as I've mixed it in different ways and I really like it.

You can preview it on Youtube.

BFBM is my absolute favorite... the Mother of all cardio DVDs! I've been doing it since July at least once a week. I'm still not sick of having it in my rotation. I also love the Shred and NMTZ.

I bought Cardio Kickbox after reading that one of our teammates also likes it. It is a good, basic workout. It's not her most difficult, but it is fun and fast-paced. It's definitely good to do on a day you're crunched for time. Or, you can use it as an add-on. Say, do it before a short run or a bit of weight training.

I just did BFBM for the first time today and I totally loved it. I consider myself an athlete and I usually hate work out DVD's and shows cause they're so easy and dumb. But this one was awesome!! I actually had to pause it after each circuit to grab a sip of water. I was sweating like crazy and fogged up all the windows in my room haha. It was also a surprisingly good ab work out. After I did it I immediately went out and got NMTZ and 30 day shred. I'm thinking of doing 30DS in the mornings right when I wake up and then one of the longer DVD's later in the day. Seriously, Jillian is awesome, one of the best work outs I've had in a while. I'm definitely sticking with it and you should too!!

i really like NMTZ and BFBM.... 30 day shred is still good, and i do it once in awhile when i'm shorter on time. haha, after doing the other 2 that one seems so short!! but still not easy.

NMTZ is more strength training (uses hand weights while BFBM does not use any weights) but my heart rate is still up the whole time so i'm still burning calories.

NMTZ is ST but it picks your heart rate up pretty good, without hopping and jumping around. BFBM is all Cardio with some ST moves. I remember when 30DS was torture now that's my easy day and I add Cardio Max after it!

I love the 30 DS, I also just got done doing her Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. That makes the 30DS look like a Gilad workout, haha. I had to skip the climbing mountain climbers today... not enough energy!
I have done her cardio kickboxing and loved it, too. I tried the biggest losers cardio and couldn't do it a few months ago, but will try again since I only had to skip the mountain climbers and was feeling uber guilty about it, until I read everyone else's posts about only getting 3 circuits in and feeling like Jesus visited them, haha. So, I know my endurance is getting better. I have only done it twice all the way through, but today I literally felt like I was going to pass out if I did the mtn climbers... after the workout, when I went to get up, I sorta blacked out a bit and think I came very close to passing out, but hurried and got on the ground really fast.
I need to fuel my workouts better. emoticon

NMTZ is my favorite but I'm rotating that, BFBM, 30 shred and the BL power sclupt and cardio max and 3 days/week at the gym for added cardio.

Lost 2 lbs this week doing it!

Jolie order the whole series (Biggest Winner) because it's cheaper that way if you can. I'm not if Amazon brought them back because last I checked you could buy it used from a seller on there. totalfitnessdvds.com has the five disc series for $34.99 right now I believe.

the one that helped me shred A LOT was Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. I have tried one of her other ones, I forgot what it was called, it was like a 3,2,1 type of title, 30 day shred I actually havent tried yet!
