Like the others I eat it with (frozen berries, banana, etc.) fruit and Splenda. But I also use it instead of sour cream in soups, stews, on chicken enchiladas, with salsa on eggs — any place where sour cream is normally used. I don’t like it plain.

Homemade jam is good..a teaspoon at a time. Almost always add fresh fruit, a little granola & chopped walnuts. I also like plain with a little honey. I make points allowance for mix-ins. Good protein & carb combo in the morning @ work. Cereal is good, too.

Besides fruit I add a quarter cup of generic total cereal and a tablespoon of pepitas for a total of two points

I love it plain!
But if I am in the mood for sweet I add a pkt of Splenda and grate some lemon zest in it.
Yum!

I mash a banana and add a little frozen blueberries to my yogurt.

I also make my own chunky applesauce and add 1/2 cup to my greek yogurt.

Good morning! I'm looking for ways to "doctor up" plain, non-fat Greek yogurt so that it doesn't taste so awful to me. I've tried real maple syrup which isn't too bad but I think I'm adding too many points. Also tried adding a bit of pudding (I need to add a lot of pudding to kill that "bite" the yogurt has). Plain fruit is not enough to kill that taste either...would love your suggestions for how I can add the yogurt to my daily routine without gagging, LOL!

Thanks in advance!
