Good choices! I think I set mine too high to begin with. I know myself better than that. I wanted to do great with them, and then add on to each one next week. Not doing too bad but, anxious to do alot better! Seeing how much FAT I eat every day...UGH!!!

Alright, I'm here! Here are my challenges for this week:

This week I will challenge myself to:
1) workout on my elliptical 3X
2) turn my bedside lamp off by 11:30 p.m.
3) not eat anything after 9 p.m.
4) only eat two things each day that I wouldn't want to track

(I'm starting here and I'll work my way to doing better)
