So I was told I needed to shorten my stride and the best way I could do that is by using the metronome. It puts out beeps to whatever you set it at, I use 180bpm since that is considered "normal". It does help me when I am on the road but the trail is a little trickier since I am watching for roots & rocks. I have only had it for a few months and did one road race using it and it did keep me on pace.

No...but I would love to hear more about it.
