Actually... I put it in my calculator wrong LOL. I lost 9 pounds! I went ahead and edited my post LOL. I was kinda thinking I messed up after I realized my starting weight was an even 189 pounds LOL.

I definitely will let you know the vitamin if I find out. I know for a fact you and I need Calcium + Magnesium and I've been out of Calcium for a bit now. Also Potassium, but I take KDur so I'm good as far as that goes. I'm pretty sure it's the Calcium lack that is causing the muscle thing. It's not bad... just annoying.

OK... got through the 4 day anti bloat diet and lost 9.0 pounds!! I'm very excited!
Now comes the time when I get a bit nervous. Anyone can lose weight on 1200 calories, and that's pretty much (1100 - 1200) what that 4 day part had in it. That has always been my "magical number". Now on this next phase it's 1600 calories per day?! I'm hoping that it won't all come back on!!
I checked out my TDEE and for 182 pounds with light activity it's 2,032 calories/day. Taking into consideration that a pound equals 3500 calories and there's 7 days in a week, I would need to reduce that 2,032 by 500 a day in order to lose a pound a week... which would be 1,532 calories/day. So I may have just answered my own question in that 1,600 isn't just really far off LOL. I know I can whiddle 100 calories off somewhere. 1,500 is the amount that the doctor I used to work for said was the right amount, too... so maybe it's right?

Also, does anyone have muscle weakness at all? It's not bad, but I sure do feel it mainly because of the Thyroid disease I have. What is the vitamin that helps with the muscles?
