tracked my food and low end of calories

even planned my "fun" lunch date w/ my sister at applebee's though,since I already checked out the nutritional facts, I am making a good choice!!

I missed logging things yesterday since I was so pooped out from work. Here are yesterdays and todays entries.

Sherry: I weigh myself daily but "officially" weigh in on Tuesdays. I'm thinking of maybe just weighing in officially once a month but I'm still deciding that one.

Lori: don't worry that you can't do the same amount of cardio daily that I put in the challenge. I just wrote it based on the one we did last year. We actually left it open for folks to set their own goals: some of what we listed or all of it. Doesn't matter. The whole poing of this thread is to make yourself accountable to do something each day to meet your goals.

4/19: Recumbant bike: 60 minutes(18 miles)
Yoga: 30 minutes
6 minute lower boday workout on SP
Bikini workout Level One: 30 minutes
10 fruits/veggies
16 waters

Aaaah...this sounds too complicated. I can do the water for sure, but I still can't get too much cardio done on workdays...now that the inlaws have left, though, I'll give it a shot. Don't expect too much, though, most of my exercise is on weekends.

I did a repeat of yesterday except that I used
an easier toning cord for the Richard Simmons.
I was so stiff that I thought it was a good
idea to do the workout again, but at a lesser
intensity.

Recumbant bike: 60 minutes
RS Tone and Sweat 30 minutes
6 fruits/veggies
10 waters and still sipping
3 miles on pedometer with errands and
housework.

Good to see ya here Denise...

So for this challenge I will do:
10,000 steps daily
at least 30 min cardio daily
3 days strength training alternating body sections
10 waters (I'm going up 2 cause warm weather is coming and I need hydration)
continue the 5 veggies and fruits
back to measuring everything and tracking it!!

ok, girls, I am a little scared but I need to get back on track and motivated, so I think I may join this challenge---yikes!!
I really want to lose 10 lbs by the time school gets out on June 22nd-about 9 weeks away...

I will get back to tracking everyday..almost there now.

definitely get in at least 30-60 minutes of cardio each day--like last year

drink 8 glasses of water-never stopped that one really

get in a listed workout on days I don't jazzercise...

get back to eating 5 fruits/veggies each day

HELP!! I really want to get there, girls!!

I'm with ya!!!
My goal is 145 by the end of June, original goal was 145-150 by my 50th which is June 6, which is only 51 days away!!! Sunday I will weigh again for my official weight, I didn't change my ticker after Easter/aunt Flo gain so I will hold at that for now!
LET'S GO TAMMY!!!!
I know we will succeed together!!!!
I going for a walk, gonna just get started!!!

I am still trying to get to 190 by the end of this month, but at the end of this challenge, I would like to be 175. Big goal I know, but I am going to go for it!

Daily cardio goal: minimum of 30 minutes
Daily water: minimum of 10 eight ounce glasses
Three days a week strength training concentrating
on the body zone of the week
Crunches WILL be done on my strength training days!

Okay so here is the next challenge:

1. Set a weight loss goal for April, May, June, July
2. Do some form of cardio daily: minimum of 10 minutes
3. 5 servings of fruits/veggies daily minimum
4. Get at least 8 glasses of water daily
5. Choose at least one video to do each week for the body zone of interest that week(see list below)
6. Do the Bikini workout level of your choice each week. You can start out at level one and work up to the next level after a week or two, or just stay at the level you are comfortable doing.
7. There are videos from two different boot camps listed below. All are in the Spark People video library.


Lower Body Workouts
1. 6 minute hips/glutes and thighs
2. Coach Nicole’s Butt Blaster Workout 6 minutes
3. 5 minute Booty workout with the Ball
4. Day 2 of Boot camp (lunges and squats)
5. Day 5 New You boot camp 9 minute lower body with the ball
6. Day 2 New You Boot camp 7 minute lower body with stability ball and weights

Upper Body
1. Day 3 boot camp: 7 minutes of upper body
2. Day 6 boot camp: 7 minutes of upper body
3. Freestyle: you choose your favorite upper body exercises for 7-10 minutes
4. Day 6 New You Bootcamp upper body with ball and hand weights
5. Day 3 New You boot camp 8 minute upper body with stability ball and weights

Core/abs
1. Day 4 boot camp: 7 minute core workout
2. Day 7 boot camp: 9 minute core workout
3. 15 minute ab workout
4. Freestyle: you choose your favorite core workout: crunches, pilates, for a total of 10-15 minutes
5. Day 7 of the New You Boot camp : abs/core with stability ball
6. Day 4 New You boot camp 10 minute core with stability ball
7. 12 minute pilates/abs workout

Whole body workout
1. 20 minute Resistance Band Workout (uses toning cord and chair)
2. 15 minute stability ball workout
3. 20 minute Dumbell workout
4. 15 minute Desk workout
5. Day 1 New You Boot camp : 10 minute cardio kickboxing

Schedule by week
1. April 14-20: Lower body
2. April 20-26: Upper body
3. April 27-May 2: Core
4. May 3-9: Whole body
5. May 10-16: Lower body
6. May 17-23: Upper body
7. May 24-30: Core
8. May 31-June 5: Whole Body
9. June 6-12: Lower body
10. June 12-18: Upper body
11. June 19-25: Core
12 June 25-July 1: Whole body
13. July 2-8: Your choice
