This week's helper, portion control. Watch not what you are eating but HOW MUCH ARE YOU EATING. Control it a bit, one hamburger grilled at home mind you is enough you and I do not need 2. One 4 oz steak is enough, one piece of chicken grilled again is plenty. Last night I passed up on the cake at work, that hurt, but I did not have any. We can do.

Anybody up for a new challenge??? We could start it the 1st of August...The only great ideas I have are for exercise...If anyone has anything else, please let me know and let me know if y'all are interested in a challenge! emoticon emoticon

I haven't been faithful about posting, but I did finish my 10 day challenge to walk four fast miles with Leslie Sansone yesterday. I also did my add on of 15 minutes on the step machine the 18th - the 20th, so I've completed three days on this challenge. Today I joined another challenge on the nutrisystem team I'm on ... 20 minutes of exercise a day for 20 days to get ready for summer.

Did anyone else join this challenge?

How about we set a challenge today!!! How about everyone on this team work out an extra 15 minutes this week!! Post what you did that was added to your normal routine. We will start it today.

I think it's a great idea. I find it would be a great way to stay motivated. All we need now are ideals and what would most folks would like to be challenged at doing.

I've seen some talk of challenges in another team, but can't seem to find the beginning of the discussion, so I don't really know what the challenge is. I'm going to keep the idea of a challenge in mind as I work my way through SP and see all it has to offer. Maybe a challenge will come to me ... if one does I'll post it.

I would be interested too. Other ideas I've seen were establishing/breaking a habit, getting the heartrate up, and cutting the # of sodas.

I have seen some teams set up personal challenges that they members post, i.e. eat more veggies this wk, etc. One team has a spot just to list your login points for the day. Other ideas are drinking your water, exercising. Just some thoughts. Deb

Okay so would you guys be interested in doing some sort of challenges every week or month? I am just trying to find things that would be enjoyable and challenging at the same time. Please let me know if you are interested. Also, Please give me some suggestions. Okay Thank You!!
