Today in my part of Ohio, it was sunny, but only about 40 degrees. Colder than I like, but compared to the 2 degrees it was the other morning, I'll take it!

I'm in Los Angeles and its raining like crazy. The day was perfect, sunny with cold air but the storm has come in. I love the rain though.

We survived the weekend! It was -35 to -45 windchil. Freakin' cold! We burn wood to help keep the house warm. I did not want to go out to get that darn wood! But of course I did, I'm a cheap skate. Don't want to pay the gas bill.

Now today we're getting a fine powdery snow. Very pretty! Not sure what the temp is but it's much warmer. Gloomy, but not as frigid. To bad I can't photograph FRIGID!

80 today but clouding up a bit now... hope it rains so i can get some rain pics! I did get some cool cloud pics.

If we got 16 inches of snow, the entire area would shut down for at least a week. Around here, the kids get out of school with anymore than 1/4 inch - seriously.

It's been unimagineably windy and bitter cold (well, bitter cold to me - windchills in the 20s) here today.

Well the weather man said that the storm was suppose to stay to the south of us..well guess what..I wake up this morning with 10 inches of new snow on the ground and winter storm warnings being flashed across the Tv..so now we have about 16 inches all together of the white stuff..

Chilly, windy. I expected to wake up with snow this morning, but it looks like it stayed north, picked up about 3 1/2 inches of rain yesterday but the temps stayed above freezing. Looks like we dodged a bullit.

It's just cold and ugly.

I bet it is cold there now! We were supposed to get more ice but it passed us by thankfully! But they are calling for a big bad snow storm this weekend. The stores were crazy.....people must have thought they were getting snowed in for a month....they were in such a frantic state. And pretty big snows are normal for our area. Go figure LOL

Another sunny day today but by sunday it will be only in the 60's and for here it will be cold. But it looks like it will only be for 2 days.

I hope you are all doing OK, I see the ice storm on tv, looks very pretty but I know how bad it is. I grew up in Vermont so I have been in that weather and the only good part of it was taking pics.

No NO Jo....we can't do that....but I undertsand completely. Nothing better then something warm , maybe sweet on a cold deary day. Maybe hot cocoa with cool whip, chocolate sprinkles and a cherry on top mmmm

It's cold and rainy and dreay here....of course, you would know that since we are in the same area basicially lol

Ahhhh...the sunny state of Florida. My youngest son (21 years old) went there with buddies on vacation in August and loved it. He said he didn't want to come home. He wants to move there lol

High was 46 this past Friday. High is 77 tomorrow. High is supposed to be back down to 44 by this coming Friday.

Very nice pics of the cherry tree!

Today was a little cool to start but it warmed up and was very nice. It was sunny and in the mid 70's, we ended up having a campfire this evening, and with the christmas lights it was a very nice evening!

The cherries are usual gone by now but for reason (I think since we got the October snow storm last year) thing have been very different this year with the trees.

It is FREEZING here 16 degrees with snow. I am not too far from PA in NY. I am just above ski country.

I do have to say it is very pretty looking out from INSIDE! I gotta train my service dog to use the human toilet.

Today it is snowing ALOT, cold and windy here in PA! A nice day for staying in and drinking a cup of hot tea or hot cocoa!
