This morning I weighed in at 58.2 kilo's with internal visceral fat of 31.3%

Up a tiny bit on last week but I think the reason is my food is becoming too stagnant or predicable for want of a better word, at breakfast and lunch so my body is getting used to it.

I need to change it up a bit. Today I will change my shake / smoothie at lunch up to include more so that I don't need to add extra food along with it to feel satisfied.

This change maybe all I need to do. We'll see what they scales say next week.

57.8 kilos today or 127.4 pounds so I am staying on track where I want to be at the moment which is awesome.

57.9 kilos at weigh in this morning.

That's sounds like an awesome idea. We have Costco here but have never joined been for a look through it a couple of times but never bothered to pay the joining fee. My mother and I considered at one time paying half each of the joining fee, just have never done it.

I mainly shop at Aldi then top up my groceries of what they don't have or I don't like from there at Woolworths or Coles.

I noticed Costco has may free events, including diabetes, one where they check your fat percentage, this month is on a healthy heart, they also go over your eating plan. I am going to join because a friend is going to pay 1/2 the membership and can shop with me when they want something. I also get bonuses from a club I belong too, a free rotisserie chicken and salad worth $16.00 and 2 $10.00 coupons as well when I sign up. I have 2 months to sign up for this. The promotion is ended but I still have 2 months to redeem it.

Yes Lin it really is interesting.

Went to my doctor today and asked her, she told me the only real way to get rid of the visceral fat is with long endurance exercise as in long walking. She also said following a diet with no sugar, red meat or meat in general, no processed foods is key to getting it down she said eat plenty of fish and follow a mainly raw food type of eating plan. So going to look more into that as it makes sense to me.

My visceral fat percentage is 27.1 my weight is 57.8 kilo's or 125.6 pounds

I have a different body fat scale and mine is 30% today and on February 1,2016 it was 52%, so a lot of improvement as my waist went down 10 inches and I lost 45 pounds. My weight 145.7 pounds.

my new scales have arrived my Tanita ones like the one here I added so you can see.



I weighed in last night on them but it was only 1 hour after dinner and I was fully clothed. They only arrived yesterday and after getting my brother to set them up I was keen to try them out.

My Internal Visceral Body Fat is 27.1% so not bad. My weight then was 58.4

I weighed in again this morning as soon as I woke up (I usually weigh in first thing in the morning on a Monday) to see the more accurate weight result it is: 57.8 this morning so happy with that one. these scales are the only ones that are 98% accurate all others are only 95% accurate. None are 100% accurate. Because of being 98% accurate that's why doctors, gyms, exercise physiologists and the like to use them. emoticon

58.4 kilo's today so up a bit. Not sure what is going on will have to look and see what I can figure out.

Anyone that follows along with my daily accountability blogs or sees them in the accountability section in the team would see I don't do too bad. Some days worse than others etc... but overall not tooo bad!

Will have to take a good hard look. emoticon

Exercised 1,600 minutes this month.
Now I will see what happens next week.

Uuugh - up 2.5 pounds this week! Oh well - BLC30 starts today so hopefully if I eat right and exercise right this week it should come back off by next Wednesday weigh in.
