Hello to all! Today I celebrated a non-scale victory! I was able to zip up my pre-pregnancy jeans. A bit too snug to wear around but HUGE improvement from trying them on about a month ago.

Finally starting to feel better. I'm almost 4 weeks after c-section. I've bought a belly wrap to wear while working out. It helps a lot, especially when I have to jump or do some kind of ab exercise. Lost 11 pounds not including baby weight so far and starting to feel great.

I completed my first goal today! I am keeping my goals in short increments. emoticon

Just so there is no misunderstanding, I think team members should also log your weekly weigh-ins and your water intake which may be beneficial and an encouragement for fellow and new team members....Keep up the good work..
