This morning I did the Chopra meditation- Day 16.
This afternoon I went for a very nice 3.5 mile jog/walk. The temperature was perfect and there was a light breeze. Lovely.

Thank you again, Punchilouie, for all you do to encourage and inspire us all.

I got it all done yesterday, Chopra and Osho meditations and Livestrong posture yoga, for a change emoticon . Did it in the morning even though I had to be out early, just about the only way as I'm tired by 6 pm, totally wiped by 8 pm. 1 more yoga to go to meet 15 per month goal and 1 day left. Can I do it? emoticon (but as Osho says, not with the will - will have to reconcile that!).

Tonight's beginner yoga class makes it 14 out of 16 for my intention. I may not quite meet my intention due to medical appts. for my husband this month and my own illness, but I will get very close. I'm proud of myself and also grateful for this team and the monthly challenge to always do my best and enjoy my practice and meditations.

Your positive thoughts and prayers are very welcome, finally at 5pm on Friday the gastro called to tell the results of the CT-scan, I have inflammation in the left side of the colon, which indicates colitis, however the studio could not tell him which one, so he gave 2 antibiotics to start with, if that clears out I'm lucky otherwise he will continue with a colonoscopy to see the damage. Hope it will clear out with the antibiotics! I need to go to see him next Wednesday. At least Friday felt better, less pain, less nausea and no bleeding.

No meditation though, I preferred to walk to loose the muscles, in a way kind of walking meditation with my thoughts while waiting for the results.Again, thanks a lot for your support!

I'm enjoying the Chopra 21 day meditations........... Day 12 today.

I missed yoga class last night because I stayed late into the evening to babysit the grands.
I will miss yoga tonight due to a get together with the girls.
I don't like missing yoga, but I'm grateful for friends and family!
I'm also grateful to be feeling better.
Punchilouie has reminded me that our health is so important and can change in an instant.

Today was babysitting and we spent 2 1/2 hours outside playing. I've said this before, but yoga has made me so much stronger and more flexible for those grand babies.
Chopra meditation this evening will be wonderful.

Got registered for the Osho! Missed Day 1, it was gone - someone was offering to email the PDF's on Fb, but I figured he'd have a gazillion requests and didn't want to add to his workload. I had trouble sending myself the 2nd & 3rd PDF but finally got the 3rd and seem to have it down now. Eventually I might buy the program, someday.

So I haven't been doing much yoga I've been so busy catching up on these meditations. 3 days ago I did Day 8 Osho cuz I saw the title and I needed a restful sleep and it worked, plus Day 6 Chopra, Plus Day 4 Osho, where I was at, plus reviewed Day 2 Chopra - relationships, the one I found most impactful at the time, before it would be taken down. (I also found the one on emotions impactful as it gave permission to have negative emotions it seemed like, as long as they were moving. Someone commented on Fb that that's probably why the word "emotion" has the word "motion" in it).

So yesterday I woke up and did the Sunrise Osho meditation, as I listened to it on the morning it came up but had to leave the house before sunrise. So yesterday I watched the sunrise plus did Day 8 of Chopra. I missed the day I was at's Osho yesterday and hope it isn't erased. The last one I did was "Becoming Headless."

I'm about to meditate now and hope to get the posture yoga in as I'm behind in my 15 sessions.

3/21 15/18-21 yoga, lunar flow from a Shiva Rea DVD, and 17/18-21, 2 meditations, I did day 6 from the Osho meditation, A Pillar of Energy, and day 2 from the Chopra meditation, Success increases love.

3/22 18/18-21 day 3 of the Chopra challenge success frees your creativity.

Our router went out, so internet wireless is down, so I had to log on to the downstairs computer. Just doing what I can!

Larry's healing, it will take time, and he'll be non-weight bearing for another 5 weeks or so.

Began the day with the Deepak Meditation Challenge.....Day 7. Focus was wholeness. Yesterday's message was that our emotions are our most intimate ally. I loved it.

Later today I will walk my dog a bit (she's older so the walks are short), then I will walk myself.

Day 6 of the Oprah/Deepak 21 day meditation challenge. Loving it!
I finally felt well enough to go to the Saturday beginner yoga class (10 of 16).......first class this week. Whew, it felt good. I'm a little behind on my intention, but I think I can get to 6 more classes in the next 10 days to meet my goal.
I'm learning to be kind to myself.

I also did Day 3 of the Oprah/Chopra Challenge this morning. I'm going to do it again after I have a cup of tea to wake me up after a carby supper.

When I finally got through the registration process of Mentor's Channel for the Osho Challenge they never sent me any of the meditations. I'll keep trying but at least I have the Oprah/Chopra one - really life changing - thanks PUNCHILOUIE!

Also did a 4 minute Livestrong Tara Stiles yoga for perfect posture routine on YouTube.

I realized I was not getting email ntifications of postings on this topic. Hopefully by posting now I will get back in the loop. Practiced daily for 6 days of of seven the first two weeks of the month and yesterday. Probably no practice today. In D.C. Area visiting family.including 15 month old granddaughter and arrived after midnight.

Lost 65 lbs and maintained since 2006.

Meditation for me today-10 minutes.
No yoga but lots of yard work today, which of course is much easier because of yoga!!!!!

no yoga/meditation for me yesterday, Larry had to have surgery on his ankle, so the day was wrapped up in that. He did well, and is back home, and currently working in the garage...not the best patient, but I'm not going to stop him! He has been getting a lot of sleep too, so that's good.

today I did 10/18-21 yoga and meditation, Qi yoga for runners from yoga download, and relax and be grateful meditation from my meditation station.

Just got back from a 5 mile walk/jog. I only jogged about 1/3 of it because our So. Cal temps are unusually hot, but it was very clear and beautiful and meditative.

I'm going to my Level 1 yoga class tonight (8/16). It is feeling less challenging each week. The rest of my classes are beginner still.

I'm a tad late, but this month I'm starting Ashtanga every morning. Well, maybe 6 days a week. So far, I'm 7 for 12, which isn't bad considering I had 3 days of migraines.

I feel pretty great.

3/11 8/18-21 for yoga and meditation. I did a you tube video, I think it was yoga for back pain with Adrianne...and day 21 hOMe with Deva and Miten, that was 19 minute meditation.

3/12 9/18-21 for yoga and meditation, both self-guided to yoga music on Pandora.

No yoga class today. Tuesday is a babysitting day.........but boy, oh boy....yoga has really changed my flexibility and strength with my grand babies!!!! We started yoga last April and it has made such a difference. My grand daughter doesn't have to offer me a pillow when we sit on the floor. Ha Ha!
Spent two hours outside with the kids playing in the beautiful 80 degree weather. It was so meditative!!!

Thanks for the well wishes for Larry, folks, they are much appreciated! He is actually fixing dinner now, and we have seen the ortho so that was a lot of good info on healing time, etc.

I finally finished the meditation I was doing when he called from the mountain on Sunday, so I'm at 7/18-21 meditation with day 20, prayer meditation with Deva and Miten.

also got to 7/18-21 yoga, repeated the youtube for back pain and sciatica.

Thanks for the youtube suggestion hip-witch, I'll check that out!
