Well, this was a crabby day - feeling under the weather, too many commitments for a 'healthy' day let alone an achey day.... I caught myself snapping, took a couple deep breaths, and said, "I'm sorry I snapped at you. I'm feeling crabby and tired, but I'm going to make an effort not to take it out on you."
