Hmm. A specific thing. I've been doing pretty good on exercise and eating in general. But one thing I'd like to focus on is making non-pre-packaged meals at least three times a week. I've spent so much time recently going the quick route because I don't have a lot of time, but I can work on doing more prep and controlling what I eat.

This month I'd like to challenge us all to zero in on one specific thing we need to change up a bit in our routine that will bring results in the specific area of out health and wellness that we are currently focused on.
