Beth - I bend my arms also....not sure if it's right but that's all I have the strength for right now.

I have a total of 136 pounds that I want to lose. I am setting my goals by the 10 percent method. When I meet my 1st 10 percent goal I will up my goal to the next 10 percent level. Biting if off in small pieces so I don't get discouraged!

I also bend my arms slightly. It seems awkward to have the arms rigid straight. I'm no expert though.

I have a question about doing the arm pullover. (The pics in the manual don't show the whole movement and my DVD player is broken) I don't seem to be able to do the arm pullover without bending my arms a little on the downward movement. Is this OK or is correct form to have arms totally straight? Thanks, Beth
