Civ V is pretty overwhelming and a lot different from Civ IV. But I was up an hour past my bedtime last night, so its definitely fun.

Yeah, Civ! Is 5 fabulous?

I have played a little bit of Dead Rising: Case Zero. It's pretty fun to bash zombies, but it's hard(er than I thought)!

Oh man, I forgot that was soon. Really, I forgot just how soon it is. Wow. Fallout Vegas. Let us know how it is!!! I fully expect you to put down the controller/keyboard for at least 5 minutes to say if it is good or not. Deal?

I got through Dragon Age so fast that I was surprised when it was over, especially the add-on.

I'll be playing Fallout Las Vegas soon. It comes out in a few days.

I seem to have abandoned all other games for deathspank. This game it funny, easy, and best of all a button masher. I love to just hack and slash. Simple easy just walk around with a sword and attack anything that moves.

I though I was going to get 100% completion once I got all the outfits but now come to find that still need to discover all the bounty locations. I have been trying to have a little fun with that trying to bring them in alive. But sometimes I get carried away when I am sniping them for afar. Shoot the bounty while he is trying run.

I still doing the side quest in Red Dead Redemption. I am trying to get the 100% completion. I will then try some multiplayer now that the cheater ban has been placed. Nothing on the PS3 currently I may go back to Heavy Rain and try to get different endings. On the Wii I still working on getting those very tough last stars. Geez that thing is crazy. Especially the daredevil comets. I think once I get done with Red Dead I will go and check out Mass Effect 1. I have it but never got past the first 30 mintues of game play.

Last week I spent playing Twighlight Princess and almost got through the game. However I left it in Mexico City with a cousin with my old white wii. Which reminds me that I will be needing to update my wii codes on the share gamer tags thread.

Been pretty PC game focused lately since we finished Red Dead(great game). Playing Borderlands(I know this came out last year, but somehow we missed it. Probably cause we were playing WOW. lol.).
Anybody playing Global Agenda? The open zone type area patch dropped yesterday for Sandstorm, wondering if that made the game any better.

I played GTA IV last night; it was hilarious. I have the worst time driving! I hope to get more time in tonight. I'm just really bad about actually finishing games; I think the only games I've finished on any of the consoles from the last 10-15 years is Super Mario Bros. Wii, lol (and that's not even a 100% complete; we managed to beat Bowser though).

I agree about the golf, but it's something we can play together and it does burn some calories. He was really excited that his favorite golfer and course were in the game. I picked a crazy character (not a real golfer) who he said reminds him of me because she's energetic when she actually wins, lol. Plus it has disc golf, which we play in real life too, so that also makes it fun. I like that if you are internet connected, it will check the weather forecast of the town where the course is, and it will have the same weather effects as real time.

GTA IV would be great for the amount of time. Tiger Woods would get boring after a while I would think.

PerfectVelvet - Having no courtroom experience, I loved them. The characters and cases are ridiculous but fun, and you do have to think things out a fair amount. But, if you actually know how courtrooms are supposed to work you may not find it as fun, but I'd give the first one a go and see how you feel.

Are the courtroom games fun? I'm a paralegal and my boyfriend is an attorney, so we're curious about them but afraid we're going to be disappointed!

Bee, I play Xenosaga sometimes. I'm currently working on Xenosaga two. The length of the CGs are a strong deterrent. At times, it's like playing a game in the middle of a movie.

Wii - WiiFit mostly, with some Animal Crossing tossed in from time to time. Want to start playing Endless Ocean again for relaxation.

360 - Rock Band and Beautiful Katamari. I can't seem to find the time or will to play a linear plot based game.

PS2 - DDR. Someday I hope to finish the Metal Gear series, then jump on Xenosaga and Disgaea at some point.

DS - Ace Attorney Investigations. I totally prefer the Phoenix Wright courtroom based games, but it's not bad.

JoelSP, Tetris is an absolute classic. I'm not sure if you read GameInformer magazine, but for their 200th issue they had a "Top 200 Games of All-Time" feature, and they ranked Tetris 3rd. Good stuff : )

Right now I'm playing Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands. It's awesome. It's made by the team that did the first PoP game on Xbox (The Sands of Time), which is an incredible game and one of my all-time favorites. I played PoP: Warrior Within on Xbox, which was also really good but didn't quite capture what The Sands of Time did. I didn't play the third game on Xbox, and I was really disappointed in the first Prince of Persia game on 360/PS3. So to get back to the PoP gameplay I loved in The Sands of Time in the new game is awesome. Definitely recommended.

Knowing what you know about who the killer is in Heavy Rain. I dont know if playing through again will be worth it. I know there are trophies you can get when you play though a second time. Like no survivors at the end one or all characters live and so forth and so on. The game was really meant to play once. It will be hard to make a choice other than the one you oringally made. Dont get me wrong it is possible but you will have to put some time into it.

The whole time I was playing Heavy Rain I was thinking I would definitely want to play through again; but when I finished it I didn't have the desire to. It's definitely a game worth multiplay play-throughs though.

Still playing Red Dead single player. I would like to try out multiplayer. Call of Duty: MW2 has been going in and out of the system and mario galaxy is still the game in the wii that I play. I was thinking of going back and getting different endings in Heavy Rain.

Yeah, I've heard really good things about it. I haven't gotten completely into it yet; when I started it it was one of those times when I was finishing up one game and had another to get into to. But I'm sure I'll get into it and enjoy it soon : )

I just finished Red Dead Redemption the other night. Amazing game and I highly recommend it.

Right now I'm playing FIFA World Cup 2010 South Africa. I also just started Shadow Complex and Alan Wake.

Thanks for the info, gang! I think I will feel like Delenn from Babylon 5 when she set the spirits free. :D

I've not encountered a haunting away from the jobs. Since my sims profession in is ghostbuster, he does at least one busting job a work night. Some of the ghost are like the cartoon ghosts, others look like people, then there are the ones that get into furnishings and make them hop around, they are just a swirl of colored light. My sim keeps them in a jar like container, which are totally stackable. He let one go, but it went "to the other side" and did nothing more.

The ghosts don't really have much to do with the tombstones, as far as I can tell. It seems more like they are just old spirits (some are wearing Napoleon-like garb) haunting the house. They are missions, kind of like the quests in WA.

I am playing a lot tomorrow, haha.

Glad to hear that folks are enjoying Sims 3: Ambitions!
I have it installed (spouse wanted it!), but I have to admit, I haven't really played around with the new aspects. I am currently still obsessing over Sim France. lol

I was wondering though...
Can ghostbusters get rid of dead sim ghosts that wander their former home? Does one of my characters have to be a ghostbuster, or can I ask a friend (or call a service) to get a ghost busted? :D

As a fan of tradition, I had Mortimer Goth marry Bella Bachelor; she took up design and he took up firefighting, but it was impossible to do the two careers at the same time. So he's back in business and sculpting on the side, lol.

There's a lot to explore and learn!

PerfectVelvet, I've been ghostbusting all over town. Another sim is working on the fire fighting scene. I am loving it too.
