So my July goals are:
1. Lose 5-6 pounds - Lost 3.5
2. Be consistent with the two challenges
3. Metabolic Renewal strength workout M-W-F
4. Walk at least 5000 steps a day and try to have an average of 6000 steps a day for the month.
