Sounds like you are going to be on the move constantly in the near future: the weight should fall right off! emoticon

I'm late too! We got moved and are in the process of getting settled. The kitchen is pretty much handled and there are things I can do in the living room and hall bath. I Simply hesitate to hang any thing on the walls as we have not finished painting. Got the walls done in daughter's room; now to the trim. I volunteered to help at Vacation Bible School. One day I will get to some sewing lol! Through trial and error I have discovered being gluten free helps with some pain issues in my feet so will continue practicing that. I will try to get 8 glasses of water and tai chi the next 4 Mondays. That should keep me going for the month of June. I plan on weighing in tomorrow as there was too much junk and fast food while we were moving. The scale really reflected that as I was 178 on Thursday at the dr.'s office and I have another visit with my primary care this coming Thurs.
I may get a chance to get out for a little shop hopping - we have a 25 store, state wide for the whole month and our sewing group may try and go out for a few shops either the 14th or the 21st. I need to get materials for a quilt for my nephew for his wedding. - great excuse! V
BS is only 1/2 day so there may be time for at least some cutting on the fabric I gathered for a quilt for my bed.

When all your desires are distilled, you will cast just two votes: to love more and to be happy.

I'm a bit late setting June goals, but here they are:

1. Exercise six out of seven days (Sundays off)
2. Catch up on my guild's mystery quilt
3. Practice machine quilting (my machine was in the shop for TWO months!!!) and finish
Bob's quilt if my proficiency is back to "normal."
4. Weigh consistently under 230 (it's been a mental barrier for some months)
5. Track food daily: on paper if I'm away from the Internet.

I'm in.

1) put kitchen back together and do a clean out of things.
2) clean up yard. Still a lot of work that a year or so of neglect will need to be fixed
3) work on baby quilts then on to grandchildren quilts.
4) increase strength training

Well, I did not do well in May. I have had some breathing problems and the doctor took me off my bike and limited my exercise till they finish tests. That won't be till the middle of June, so not much riding in June either. Perhaps that will help me do more sewing, but it will require some strict diet control. For June I will:

1) Keep my nutrition below 1100 calories a day
2) Walk at least 1 mile daily
3) Get another quilt in the frame and hopefully quilted
4) Finish sewing the blocks for the Forest Service quilt

One Day at a Time:
1) walk/ride 30 minutes
2) organize something in my home
3) keep carbs below 50
4) sew 1 bobbin full
