Yes I had a good sweat going on too; emoticon 30 minutes on incline and hit all the strengthing machines for 3 sets each today.

Yes. I exercised until I was soaked with sweat. (I usually am in a pool and never sweat there). Sweat is yucky but it made drinking extra water 10 cups today easy!

Ran 8 km today! Not a super great time, but my hubby was lagging behind and I had to wait for him. Next time we'll be faster. I'm not even tired!
