I dropped my DH off at his volunteer job and headed right to the Y where I got my cardio on a stationary bike. emoticon

Now I'm ready to get another kind of workout doing my housework--no emoticon for that!

Hi! On my way to the treadmill for a run and a quick 10 minutes tone workout. Keeping positive today. Going to try to be a regular on this team. I'm not on my computer very much. There always seems to be something else to distract me but sparks seems to really help push me forward. Hope everyone has a great day! And a great workout no matter how big or small it is:)

Can you call general cleaning my house working out? I have been walking back & forth for hours cleaning here & there bending, picking up heavy stuff, rearranging, washing & folding laundry & putting it away. Actually I think I just answered my own question. hahaha :-)

Yes, strengthening exercises, 30 minutes physical therapy followed by a 1.25 mi walk. I know it's not a lot but I am new and working up to it slowly!

Yes! I got in fewer minutes this week due to the burn on my foot, complete with blisters (large tea mug split in half, and most of the boiling water got dumped on my right foot--OW!). But I'm healing and have comfortable roomy SAS shoes, so kept my first walking date with a new Spark Buddy I met through the Seattle team. We walked 50 minutes, chatting up a storm as we got to know each other a bit better.

I'm heading for the Riparian Preserve for a walk (my hand is still healing so my gym classes are out...most of them use weights, bands, and/or balls..so it's the exercise bikes and then walking for at least another week).
I'm being careful walking...no inattentiveness.

I did.

30 minutes on the treadmill
&
30 minutes on the Elliptical

SP Fitness pg calculated the combined results as 13 minute mile.

This week has been a bit rough, I've crashed, but got up and kept going. Today I did 2 videos, Day 4 and Day 5. Now am back on track. :) I hope you are all doing well. Keep up the great work.

Yes, I worked out to my WII Fit and walked in circles thru the house. Snowed another 3 inches ... Temps are a little chilly to walk around outside ... and the streets are quite treacherous. Feels good on my 2nd day.
