3/15 12-mile bike ride
3/17 30 minute walk during lunch hour and a 17-mile bike ride scheduled for tonight.

I've been doing the WTFChef food program for 1 1/2 weeks and have lost 4 lbs. The timing is perfect with the weather improving so I can get more exercise.

On Sunday, I finally go out on my bike! It was a beautiful day. Only rode 10 miles but it was great to discover the personal training has kept my legs strong.

Last night: Personal Training 30 minutes, upper body.

Started WTF Chef food plan last week. Down 3.5 lbs in 5 days.

Personal Training again tonight, lower body.

2/24 Walked 1.89 miles + 30 minutes weight training with personal trainer - lower body
2/27 Walked 1.90 miles during lunch hour
2/28 Walked 1.60 miles + 30 minutes weight training with personal trainer - upper body
3/1 Walked 1.81 miles during lunch hour

Hamstring issue seems to be improving.

On Saturday I did 30 minutes personal training (upper body) and 30 minutes cardio. Sunday I did a lot of heavy housework and climbing up and down stairs. Today I walked 1.6 miles on my lunch hour.

Walked 1.6 miles on my lunch hour today. A bit chilly...
