Today: 30 minutes strength, 25 minutes cardio (digging in the garden counts!), and 10 minutes stretching. Not great, but it will do for a start!

I make myself get 90 minutes daily. 30 minutes (my lunch time at work) is either stairwell walking program, walk the riverfront or parking deck (in bad weather).
In the morning I walk 30 minutes on the treadmill at home and then everynight is either walking, gardening, mowing (now that it is nicer out)

I try to fluctuate it daily

Monday: 45 minutes digging in the garden
Tuesday: 30 minutes aerobic, 25 minutes strength training
Wednesday: Walking on rough trails: 90 minutes
Thursday: Walking on road: 20 minutes
Friday: 40 minutes digging in the garden, 40 minutes strength training, 10 minutes stretching
