I really slacked off for the past week. Back at it today.

Strength: 65 minutes, my full PT workout
Cardio: 30 minutes heavy cleaning, 30 minutes yoga

Not great cardio choices, but the vacuuming helped warm me up, and I did a thorough job, including the upholstery. The yoga was the Back-care Yoga dvd. My back hurt after 5 days without any meaningful exercise.

I was lazy over the New Year weekend, but I got back to work today, with the 28-Day Challenge.

Jan 3, 2011 Fitness Minutes:

10 minutes aerobic -- Day 1 Video
10 minutes strength -- Day 2 Video
40 minutes strength -- SparkPeople Fitness Plan

I hope to get 60 minutes walking this afternoon!
