Welcome back Cindy! Sorry to hear about all of the stress. I hope you take it easy on yourself and find some healthy forms of stress-relief. I'm in the process of trying to learn to let go of some responsibilities/obligations and so I understand some of what you are going through. Wishing you wellness!

It is good to see you here. I think I can speak for a lot of people here when I say we understand. I know it is hard. Plus, you've got to take care of your family as well as yourself. There is no need to apologize nor to explain. When things get really stressful it's healthy to give yourself a break. Enjoy the rest of the weekend.

So, I won't make excuses to why I took myself a small, unannounced break. A lot of stress in life, and a lot of unhealthy habits, and gaining back what I lost. Pushing myself too far and giving up when I didn't meet all my crazy self expectations.

SO! I am trying my hardest to take it slow and not over-do what I want myself to do.

And I don't promise a daily motivator, and I'm sorry about that. :) I need to focus on making sure I stay on track!
