I found when I was pregnant that walking was best for me but you can really do just about anything when pregnant that you did before. Just ask your doctor first. If you really havent worked out before I would stick to walking.

k well happy new year to everybody n hope u all reach n keep ur resolutions!...im prego n i wana no wat kind of exercises i can do..i dnt wana put on 2 much weight n hav a hard time takin it off l8r plus i dnt want 2 put my bby @ risk of bein over weight...so can anybody help!...diz is my 1st bby
