Hmm, my biggest suggestion to you is to religiously drink your 8 glasses of water and something I've been doing lately that has worked wonders for me is to work out EVERYDAY! Mind you I don't mean a gruesome workout, just being in the habit of doing at least cardio everyday. For example, this is what my schedule originally looked like:

Mon - 30 min eliptical
Tues - 30 min eliptical
Wed - 1 hr kickboxing class
Thurs - 30 min eliptical
Fri - 30 min eliptical
Sat - 45 min circuit training class (weights)
Sun - Mt Roubidoux walk (about 1.5 hr)

Since then I've been incorporating weight/resistance training also because I've gotten stronger and because I know that muscle burns more calories just by being there! You might be able to do eliptical with your knee, I know it's not as stressful as the treadmill.

I told myself if I was going to count walking, it had to be for at least 1 hr. Then I also cut out soda, chips and my other weakness, redbull, eating 5 times a day and between the 2 created about a 500 calorie daily deficit. Since Dec I've dropped 2.5 pant sizes.

I think what's really worked out well for me is that I have it in my head I'm going to excercise everyday, so even if I don't, on my bad weeks I'm still excercising 2-3 times a week, versus if I had planned on 2-3 times a week I would probably only go 1. Hope that helps :). Good luck!

I have just over a month before I am to perform in a concert and I cant find clothes that dont make me look pregnant! HELP! I need some pointers or tips, anything so I can drop a good chunk of weight before I am to perform. Doing a beautiful song so I want to look good too. Any help is more than welcome! Thanks everyone!
