I have come to terms with the fact that I have a serious problem that will and probably is hindering me from losing weight. I dont like to eat. I like food, even love it but I cant stand the actual act of eating. Everyone else eating around me doesnt really bother me, its just me. What can I do to break this so I wont ruin all the work I have done so far?

Great article! Thanks!

I take my actual number on the scale with a grain of salt, haha. I get excited about the low number on the scale still but if it's a few pounds higher than I think it should be I don't fret too much because of water weight (salt of course) and I always remind myself that muscle weighs more than fat, so if I've been working my muscles I figure I should be gaining some weight or maybe that's why I didn't lose any!

All in all I look at the long term, day to day or even some weeks to week I don't worry too much about. I worry when it comes to month to month. Hope that helps!

Hi, yes it's ok. Have you been staying in your calorie range? If not, then that may be why you've gained some weight, but depending upon how much cardio you're doing, there is another thing that can happen to our bodies that make the scales go up when we think we've done everything perfectly and done a lot of cardio exercise.

This article explains it. I'll try to set it up as a link that you just have to click on, but for some reason I can't always make that work. You may have to type out the website address in order to read the article.

Also, when you can see that you're losing inches, isn't that what it's all about anyway?!! Way to go!
