dont beat yourself up too much and dont throw away the rest of your day because you messed up with a snack or a meal. If you dropped your cell phone, you wouldnt say "oh well" and step on it until its smashed to smithereens, would you?? Dont do that do your diet either, OK. Just pick up where you left off and keep going with good choices.

I know I just let the day get away from me. Then bang I am starving and I eat the wrong stuff. I will just keep trying to forgive myself and start new in the morning. Thank you. emoticon

Try not to let stress get to you. When I do get overly stressed I try to take a walk instead so Im not sitting around shoving food in my mouth :)

Hello Just starting newbie. Hope everyone had a good weekend. I mess up again, ate candy and too much food. Stress from family things. emoticon Hope ever one else does ok.
