I've really noticed that with the over 32 pound weight loss and exercising at least five days.
My energy levels are up and I am not suffering as much as I used to .
Yet everyone is different .
Take care everyone.

Except for a few of the exercises the physical therapist showed me and some chair exercises (which I do inconsistently) I am moving more and I think it does help even if all you do is get up for a few minutes several times a day. I have much less pain now and more energy. Not like before but so much better than a few months ago when I was bedfast. I can now cook again for the family and do a few things (resting frequently) and I have to say that my mood is as much improved as my body. It gives me hope once again.

I have been waiting for this energy boost to happen but it eludes me. I do like to walk and do so as often as pain and fatigue permit. When I walk it is usually a mile or more.

Been so fatigued but made a target of 1 mile over a day and I am managing it in bits and pieces I cannot go out on my own at the moment as I am so clumsy and unsteady tripping over fresh air.

I have been dealing with fatigue due to hypothyroidism after radioactive iodine treatment....and just started thyroid meds....so I MAKE myself get out and at least walk around the block with my yorkies. I take my pain meds and when they are helping the fibro pain I head out...I am never sorry that I went...but making myself go is often a horrible battle.

I find exercising helps my painful muscles and joints even if i have to take extra meds to do this I find it is worth it,As i love walking and once over i would deprive myself of this because of the pain, but i find ii walk even only 1 mile it is an acheivement. Now i fit birdwatching with my walking so I am distracted and don't notice the aches and pains so much. When i get home i have a nice warm bath with salts in to help ease the aches then keep nice and warm On these days I don't feel so fatigued.
If the fatigue is really bad i have a shower and usually go back to be and sleep it off this usually happens about once a week if I have overdone it for several days or it is really cold.

My doctor told me to do whatever it takes to to do my exercises. So before I try to walk, I take a pain pill when I need it to get out of bed & get going!

ATHENS, Ga. (UPI) -- Exercise may help tired coach potatoes boost energy 20 percent, a study by the University of Georgia found.

The study, published in Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics, found moderate-intensity exercise reduced fatigue 49 percent but the low-intensity exercise group had an even greater reduction in fatigue -- 65 percent.

"It could be that moderate-intensity exercise is too much for people who are already fatigued, and that might contribute to them not getting as great an improvement as they would had they done the low-intensity exercise," senior study author Patrick O'Connor said in a statement.

The researchers divided 36 volunteers with non-disease related fatigue who did not regularly exercise into three groups. The first group engaged in 20 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise three times a week for six weeks and the second group engaged in low-intensity aerobic exercise for the same time period. The control group did not exercise.

"Exercise traditionally has been associated with physical health, but we are quickly learning that exercise has a more holistic effect on the human body and includes effects on psychological health," study lead author Tim Puetz said in a statement.

If you tell God no because He won't explain the reason He wants you to do something, you are actually hindering His blessing.
