Well, I don't know how or why but even though I pretty much took the last month off of making healthy choices I lost 2 lbs.... do not understand that one... my sister said it was because I wasn't stressing about losing weight... interesting.

Started a new 21 day challenge for myself,,and 3 days in I've hit my calories burned fitness minutes and calorie tracking goals every day,,so far!! phew emoticon

I weighed in for the first time since the May 12th and found out I'd lost 3 pounds! WhooHoo! I even weighed in a little later in the day too, to make sure it wasn't a fluke! Its been so long since the scale has budged!

Intervals of 5 min jogging and 2 minutes walking for 40 minutes before work today! I remember when - not that long ago - 1 minute was a LONG time to run! Whahoo!

NSV for the week right here: This may sound silly, but... last night while hanging out and goofing around with a friend - he PICKED ME UP. Like it was nothing. Just threw me over his shoulder. I haven't been picked up since I was a little kid. I had no idea that I wasn't too heavy to be picked up. Kinda an eye opener. Granted, this dude is a big guy but still - feeling proud of myself :)

My sister left her package of Oreo cookies here 2 days ago. I haven't touched them and surprised that I only had a hard time resisting them for a few hours. Now I can walk by them and it doesn't even phase me. Love it!

Greatest achievement on Saturday was walking to the Clark Fork market with my dad and daughter, and buying the yummiest red leaf lettuce, romaine, spinach, kale, etc. that my daughter started asking to eat the kale plain before we were even a block away!

30 minuets biggest loser and a I brought in my new coffee table. Well its new to our house, but I grew up with it. My dad made it years ago, but its still holding up extremely well. :)

Thanks! It is amazing and it helps to motivate me, cause that was the ONLY reason I got up to go for my Jog/walk this morning before work because my bed was OH SO COMFY!! So that is my achievement for today!

LEHIA13 - that does make for a long day! hopefully you get to enjoy some of the beautiful weather and then maybe tomorrow will be better!

Today was Branding day at the ranch and thanks to training for this 3 mile run in July I was able to run across a pasture while hurtling downed branches, mole hills and other debris to get ahead of a mama cow that was headed in the wrong direction. 4 months ago, I would not have been able to do that!!!! YEA!

I did a Bob Harper work out. It was a cross training thing. It was so freaking hard so i had to (had to) take it slow to keep my form. I feel it like crazy, but i am sure that if i ever get another plateau that this work out will kick it out for sure. Thinking that its going to be a 3 time a week thing.

I actually got up an hour earlier than normal so I could take my pup out for a walk/jog BEFORE work!!! I love working out outside and in the morning but not when its cold so my morning work outs went away with winter. Here's hoping to make this a habit, YEA!
